What I liked about Event Bazaar is their attention to detail with the interior decoration of the hall, the mandap and the guest seating arrangement.The whole event was planned to perfection.

Sunita Rodrigues ,the co fonder along with Lester Rodriques ,are the rock stars who offer a one shot solution to umpteen no.of requirement of a client.I had a unique experience of working with this team at Event Bazaar along with a trusted & efficient team force.Its was a three day Naval Event at Kala Academy,Panjim & at Rabindra Bhavan ,Vasco where Sunita Rodriquez ,along with her team rocked the event of 950 participants ,under Naval South Command ,viz a viz VIP Guest arrangements of 150 Pax from start to end,end to end,right from the Stage setting,Audio equipment ,generator back up,planning entry -exit,catering arrangements,VIP catering ,Staff food management,Gazebos, water stations,Crowd management,Food Service Management,Waste management & above all Overall event management.It was a near flawless effort which was rewarded immediately with yet another event out of the same,but now it was for the Northern Command INS Mandovi,who had a Governor’s visit coming-up with a unique theme “Under the cover of the Moon & the Stars ” on a full moon day! That event too was professionally managed by the team effortlessly!I strongly recommend Event Bazaar for all your celebration needs under one roof!

Its been an unique experience being to events organised by Lester & Sunita of Event Bazaar. Be it Corporate Events, Staff Outings, Annual Day’s, Product Launches, Marriage’s, Birthday Parties or just plain get-togethers – the hugely talented duo with their equally passionate staff always ensure they leave a pleasing lasting impression and experience.
